Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 22nd at 4pm - everyone’s favorite dessert blogger (and now book writer) - Jessie Oleson of CakeSpy - is going to be signing her new book at Saint Cupcake Galore!

The book is called Cakespy Presents Sweet Treats for a Sugar-Filled Life and it’s filled with super fun recipes for things like birthday cake French toast, Pop-Tarts ice cream sandwiches, and Magic Cookie Bar Pies.

They will be here all day filming, but they want to film you (yes, you) from 1:30-2:30 in the afternoon. These pillowy bites of heaven are making waves as word gets around about them. Their origin story is pretty simple. Jami was working with brioche dough, seeing what she could come up with. She worked. and worked. and worked. and experimented, then worked some more. Then she tried putting butter on her creations, then she worked with a variety of spices to come up with just the right combination of sweet and spicy to work with the butter and brioche dough.

Our bonbonbunbuns are sweet little pillows of buttery brioche dough hand-tossed in a secret mixture of sugar and spice deliciousness. Unlike anything you’ve ever had before, we promise. A lot of people think they’re donut holes, but don’t be confused… these little cuties are baked, not fried, so they’re essentially health food really light and tasty!
