Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 22nd at 4pm - everyone’s favorite dessert blogger (and now book writer) - Jessie Oleson of CakeSpy - is going to be signing her new book at Saint Cupcake Galore!

The book is called Cakespy Presents Sweet Treats for a Sugar-Filled Life and it’s filled with super fun recipes for things like birthday cake French toast, Pop-Tarts ice cream sandwiches, and Magic Cookie Bar Pies.

Been waiting for your chance to shine, but haven’t yet scored that big audition? You’ll get your opportunity next Thursday, October 13th, when the Cooking Channel visits Saint Cupcake Galore! They will be here all day filming, but they want to film you (yes, you) from 1:30-2:30 in the afternoon. So put on your favorite shirt, your favorite hairdo (or wig, if you prefer), and get ready for lights, camera, and cupcakes!

Have you ever wanted to know how we make our cupcakes? Want to make them yourself at home? Now is your chance to learn how, with this amazing class taught by our very own Jami & Karla! We’ve always thought they would make a great comedy duo if this bakery thing didn’t take off, but since the bakery is doing well you can get some up close time with them at SweetWares, in Hillsdale. This is a great chance to get personal instruction and inside tips on how to make the perfect cupcake for Halloween chocolate cupcakes with ghosts! It’s open to everyone ages 10 & up (what better way to bond with your burgeoning baker?) and class size is limited to 8 people, so sign up now!

These pillowy bites of heaven are making waves as word gets around about them. Their origin story is pretty simple. Jami was working with brioche dough, seeing what she could come up with. She worked. and worked. and worked. and experimented, then worked some more. Then she tried putting butter on her creations, then she worked with a variety of spices to come up with just the right combination of sweet and spicy to work with the butter and brioche dough.

Our bonbonbunbuns are sweet little pillows of buttery brioche dough hand-tossed in a secret mixture of sugar and spice deliciousness. Unlike anything you’ve ever had before, we promise. A lot of people think they’re donut holes, but don’t be confused… these little cuties are baked, not fried, so they’re essentially health food really light and tasty!
